Hostel Blue Sea Rincon del Mar

Best choice for ecotourism

Pros: Rincón del Mar is a beautiful place for ecotourism. The hostel is very well located and safe. Personnel is available to provide information about activities and have a very kind communication.

Pros: I just loved the place and the location right on the beach. Sleeping to the sound of waves was so wonderful. The people were so friendly and helpful. When I extended my stay they gave me a better room. Breakfast was every day different. I was a bit worried about noise after reading other reviews, but I was completely fine and slept very well. The gaps in the wall seem to be closed. You here music sometimes, but not too loud. There are sone things that need to be maintained, but there working constantly on improving the place. Thank you for everything, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Nice place to stay in Rincon del Mar

Pros: Great staff. Good location, a bit further from the center and therefore from the noise at night.

Cons: We had a room under the roof, and as mentioned by other people, it gets really really warm. There’s only a fan and no AC, which is not the most comfortable at night. The mosquito net had larger holes in it, rendering it rather useless.

Pros: They treated us very well from the moment we arrived, they were attentive to our needs throughout the stay, the food is very good and very cheap, the planckton tour is incredible, the room was lovely and very clean. We are already planning a family trip to return in a few months, the reparations are great, they are definitely taking improving the service seriously. Good job.

Pros: Very nice locality, long beaches for walking, good acces to the sea for swimming, complimentary coffee.

Cons: We should appreciate more space for hamocks.

Beachfront location, beautiful sunset

Pros: Great location right on the beach, nice for swimming. We had a room in the new section with a balcony facing the street which turned out to be better than facing the beach due to the heat of the afternoon sun beachfront. Clean room which was cleaned daily. Strong fan in room. Kitchen OK but a bit small for the number of people using it. Best value for money in Rincon considering the location.

Pros: Rincon del Mar is really nice and so is this hostel. Fans in our room were really strong and slepted well at night. Really nice location. Staff very friendly. Room cleaned every day. Nice place to hang out.

Cons: Reading some of the previous reviews. Rincon del Mar is not Cartagena. Adjust your expectations!
