Exceptional stay at B/Quilla

Pros: Staff are exceptional and the General Manager has built up a formidable team of talent for her hotel The kitchen dining staff are impressive and go beyond the normal gold standard.

Cons: There was no parking spots available and that should be a future upgrade - my rental was parked outside across the street under a dirt patch with local taxis - if it wasn’t for the fact that the staff were so nice - I would have moved to another hotel - I needed to park my rental car

Pros: Very clean, room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, staff took us to our room explain where everything was and how to adjust the temperature in the room. We enjoyed drinks at the 5 o’clock wine and snack room. We had dinner at your restaurant. Staff is Pleasant and the food was good. Desk staff made check out easy got us a taxi to our next destination.

Cons: Clean, bright and spacious.

Pésimo servicio en la recepción del hotel

Pros: Excelentes instalaciones y muy buen desayuno, el personal del comedor y botones excelente y atentos en todo momento.

Cons: La recepcionista que me recibió quería cobrarme de más el valor del desayuno el cual estaba incluido en la reservación, por otro lado me pidió cancelar por adelantado todo el alojamiento? ( no tarjeta de respaldo si no pagar toda la estadía por delate en ningún hotel piden eso). La atencion de la recepcionista daño por completo el buen trabajo q realizó el resto del equipo del hotel.

Pros: La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. Excelente vista hacia el mar. El desayuno era muy variado.

Pros: El servicio en el restaurante en el desayuno muy regular y en las habitaciones no cambiaron toallas y no surten de nuevo de café y agua no colocan en un hotel de 5 Estrellas por lo menos lo reciben a uno en la habitación con una botella de agua.
