Holiday Inn Express - Barranquilla Buenavista by IHG

It was great. Very quiet and calm. Very nice Staff.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious. The restaurant space is a bit small which wasn't a problem except for the last two mornings. I guess they had more guests during Easter break.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that prices were not displayed at the mini market they have in the lobby. We drank a lot of water and at the end there wasn't much of a choice since the malls are close but not easy to get to from the hotel. Also, they need to wash the windows. Beautiful views but not visible.

Very enjoyable, we will be staying there again next year

Pros: Very clean, excellent location and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Pros: It was the best stay we had amongst 3 different hotels between Barranquilla and Cartagena. Cleanliness, comfort, location and breakfast, all items with full delivery. Excellent place to be. Will go back to the Holiday Inn franchises anywhere in the world. They even have a lounge with working computers which was very handy for me.

Cons: Everything was exceptionally good.

Pros: Friendly and nice hotel on the outskirts of the city. Everything worked

Cons: It's a little far from the malls and the city centre

Pros: Staff were so friendly and helpful and were patient with our limited Spanish. They were happy to use the translator app whenever we needed to

Pros: Its location is very convenient, close to shopping centers and the hospital. Relatively new hotel, free parking service.

Cons: The computers they have available for guest to use right across the front desk are old and unupdated.

Pros: newer, staff is friendly, good breakfast selection

Cons: the location is away from other commercial enclaves.

AGRADABLE Y CONFORTABLE

Pros: Estamos MUY contentos con la atención del personal, las instalaciones del hotel, la comodidad y amplitud de las habitaciones, la limpieza de las mismas y de las zonas comunes, el desayuno y la variedad de opciones para comer es excelente, y el restaurante ofrece vistas inmejorables de la ciudad en ambas caras. Volveríamos a repetir nuestra estadía sin dudas.

Cons: Algo que si fue bastante complicado fue el proceso entre entrar al parqueadero y llegar al hotel. Como son dos torres y comparten parqueaderos, nos pareció que deberían existir mayores señalizaciones, indicaciones y explicaciones de: como llegar al acceso del hotel desde el parqueadero, y también la explicación para salir (que tocaba llevar la tarjeta a una casilla y que luego te entregaran un ticket de salida con QR), esas situaciones no estuvieron claras y fue confuso, incluso otros huéspedes que también estaban intentando ingresar, \

Good hotel

Pros: Good location & comfortable beds & very good breakfast

Pros: Staff was really great and friendly, the breakfast was complete and although restaurant wasn't big we found tables every time, food was good and attention was great.

Cons: Wasn't as centric that you could go walking to a mall or tipical places, still not far that you needed a long ride to get there.
