Nice hotel in the center of Cartagena

Pros: The hotel is well located in the middle of Cartagena but far enough of the noisy environment. Room was very clean. The different lights, the bricks in the accommodation give a total charm to the place. Bed was confortable and large enough. I loved the part of the bathroom that is in the room (shower and toilets are completely isolated - naturally). There are plenty of closets that allows you to park your stuffs. And thus, makes you feel at home. The breakfast is very sufficient contrary to some comments we could read previously. Staff speaks, on top of Spanish, English and some even French. They were great. Value Price ratio was good for our part

Cons: I have already expressed 2/3 feedbacks directly to the hotel team but it’s details to improve the customer experience. Nothing that could restrict from booking here. By consequence, I can confirm the good customer-oriented service of the establishment.

Great place to stay to explore Cartagena

Pros: Spacious room with comfortable bed, airconditioning and a hot shower. Delicious breakfast options (a la carte) included. Friendly staff. We loved the central location, which was perfect to explore the city. It is close to the famous centenario park, which is a very nice and safe park, also in the evening.

Great value for money. Amazing accommodation! Extremely clean. Perfect location.

Pros: The location is perfect, super close to everything and far enough to the chaos. Close to the tower where all yours starts. At night it was very quiet. We feel safe walking in the street all time. The breakfast is small. Not much choice but is cooked at the moment and was delicious The staff was amazing, super nice and friendly . They made us feel like we were at home.

Pros: Mood Matuna was by far my favourite hotel during our time in Colombia. The location is perfect – right in the centre of Cartagena, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff, especially Maria. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to ask about our day. Her recommendations for things to do and places to eat were spot-on, and her perfect English made everything so easy. She is such a lovely person and really made our holiday special. I can’t recommend Mood Matuna enough – great location, great comfort, and even greater people. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Massive room, comfy bed, nice toiletries provided, inbetween walled city and Getsemani so good spot, great air con, friendly staff

Cons: A hairdryer would be great, and if that’s the only thing I can think of as a fault then that’s great

Perfect hotel for guest who are visiting Cartagena

Pros: It has jacuzzi on the balcony, the rooms are very spacious, everything is perfect working order and the staff is super friendly and helpful

Cons: Breakfast selection could be more extensive but primary nothing really negative

Practical Choice for Visitors from US

Pros: Good food, clean comfortable room (came with a safe), helpful, English-speaking staff.

Cons: Loud music the first night we stayed. There appears to be a nearby discotheque.

Pros: The location. The restaurant. The staff. The room. Was all great.
