Pros: Beautiful hotel with a spacious and comfortable room. There were some issues with the shower – great water pressure, but sometimes there was a leak and the overhead shower didn’t always work. The staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect, right by the entrance to the Old City. We really loved this place, and the view from the window was great!

Pros: The hotel is very nice and location is perfect to visit the city . We had a deluxe room with 2 double huge and very comfortable beds. The room is well decorated and furnished and has a beautiful view on the city. We profit of the spa on the balcony. You can make yourself a coffee or a tea during all the day. All the staff is very kind et professional. The cleaning ladies do a great job as the room was perfect every day. It was one of our best stay in Colombia.

Lugar en Cartagena con localización privilegiada

Pros: A pesar de solo quedarnos por 1 noche fue todo lo que necesitábamos y más. El personal muy amable y comprometido, el lugar bastante amplio y limpio, la vista desde la habitación insuperable! Además a pasos de sitios de interés: ciudad amurallada, barrio getsemaní, museo de chocolate y castillo san Felipe. Recomendados 1000%

Pros: O hotel é maravilhoso e com ótimas instalações. Tudo é muito aconchegante, quarto limpo, café da manhã gostoso, sabonete do banheiro muito cheiroso, os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e a vista do hotel é perfeita. Amamos passar esse tempo lá.

Cons: Na acomodação em si não há reclamações. No entanto, durante a noite, por ser um local muito movimentado e de festas, faz barulho lá fora e isso pode te incomodar na hora de dormir.

Overall a very good stay, worth the price.

Pros: Centrally located. Perfect view of the Plaza and dock. A bit noisy but I expected it due to the location.

Cama grande e nova. Bom chuveiro, com muita água e espaçoso. Produtos de qualidade, roupa de cama excelente e limpeza sempre realizada. Ar condicionado silencioso é uma linda vista para cidade. Uma excelente experiência!
