Comfy hotel at the best spot of Cartagena for both : day & nightlife

Pros: NH is located in the heart of Cartagena's historic center; a city being known for it's warm and tropical climate. It felt like a privilege to enjoy the historic center while still being able to enjoy the fresh and clean rooms when it was getting too warm outside. In the evening, you could easily enjoy Cartegana's nightlife without feeling unsafe.

Cons: Our two nights at the NH in Cartagena were quite expensive comparing to other hotels, while services remain very limited. The great location justifies probably the higher rate, though the value for money is not balanced. We were also disappointed we couldn't book a late-checkout since we were island-hopping in the day.

Perfect Spot for a great trip.

Pros: Superb location, professional and helpful staff, very clean and well run, swimming pool, rooftop and balcony views, bars, shops, restaurant s all on your doorstep at the NH Royal.

Cons: Rooms are on small side but to be expected in the old town centre.

Great location in the heart of the city

Pros: Great location, attentive staff, and very clean. Terrace view with pool was wonderful. Nice breakfast bar.

Pool with a view

Pros: It has a great location in Centro and close to the sea. The roof terrace looks out onto the sea and one of the central squares, great people watching. Also a lovely rooftop pool, great to freshen up day or night time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was great, I noticed non residents coming in to eat there, and the lifts were super fast. An excellent base for exploring Cartagena.

Cons: Our taxi booked from the airport never showed, just a bit stressful at the start of a holiday, but we got another one easily enough and taxi fares are very reasonable.

Gran estancia por ubicación del hotel y por el colectivo de trabajadores en general sin dejar de mencionar a la Srta Lis

Pros: Todo en general , amabilidad y cercanía con el cliente. La Srta Liset de recepción súper profesional y muy cercana al cliente intentado resolver todas las dudas. No obstante todo el personal desde la limpieza hasta el del restaurante son súper profesionales y grandes personas .

Pros: La ubicación, la atención del personal. La habitación con gran vista a la plaza de los coches y torre del reloj, super comoda

Cons: Mientras me duchaba, se tapó el desagüe y se inundó el baño, saliendo un poco d agua para la habitación. Llamé y vinieron inmediatamente. Lo solucionaron.
