Beautiful hotel, great staff team. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: All the staff were amazing. They really made me feel at home and very welcome. As a solo female traveller I felt really safe there. The rooms are super comfy (I stayed twice in 2 different rooms), beds are great. The decor is really cool. I’d definitely stay here again, it was my favourite hotel I stayed at during my 3 week stay in Colombia.

Cons: The food could be better, but there are so many eating options around it doesn’t really matter.

Pros: Excellent location in the old historic town. The hotel was refurbished and is very modern with all hi tech features. Good food.

Pros: We had four rooms at the hotel for a family wedding and had the absolute best stay at this hotel. The staff was impeccable, the rooms extremely comfortable and the location is fantastic in the Old Town with everything within a few minutes walking. A big shout out to the Manager Sheik Rojas who was really exceptional and made everything extremely comfortable for us.

Pros: The size and comfort of the room, comfy bed and pillows air con and a fan much needed after a day walking around the very hot Cartagena. The friendly helpful staff.the free fresh juice in the hall the air con and free wifi. The breakfast was delicious and i ate dinner there one night too and it was so nice. Shower was great and plenty of soft big towels. There was also a dressing gown and slippers which i didnt use and free fruit and a welcome note aswell as 2 cookies each day.

Cons: The lighting pad with 6 options was a bit hard to figure out it was so dark when i got in there at 11.30. I sussed the bathroom pad out and asked at reception the next day for help the girl came straight up with me to show me.

Fabulous hotel, great location.

Pros: Fabulous hotel in a brilliant location. The rooms were huge and a lot of design had gone into them. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We loved it.

Cons: It was quite high tech in the rooms. As an older couple we maybe needed a manual in large print to help us navigate some of the features.

Pros: This hotel was without a doubt the best one of our entire stay in Colombia. We first stayed in another hotel in Cartagena but weren’t satisfied there. We chose this hotel on a whim, and it turned out wonderfully. The interior is beautifully designed. The rooms are high-tech and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and help you with any question (for example, finding a good hairdresser nearby). The food is delicious and refined. We loved staying here and felt at home from the very first moment! We’ve told our family and friends about this hotel and hope our review will inspire others as well!
