Good location

Pros: Good location, staff at front desk was helpful and spoke good english. I had a porch, which was nice.

Cons: They would not allow friends to come and see my room. There was no hot water

Pros: Lovely room, great location. Perfect distance for walking around town.

Cons: No windows in the room, but not a problem when you are hardly in the room and exploring the local area.

Comfortable hotel ideal for a short stay.

Pros: This facility is well located in the old center of Carthagena, close to the main historical attractions of the town. The bedrooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. For the price paid, we were satisfied.

Cons: We were not able to have a breakfast service for say, but we could prepare a coffee or tea on site. And the staff kindly indicated a perfect place for it very close by. Our room did not have a window, but it was calm.

Excellent location

Pros: Brilliant location and in walking distance to most activities. Really comfortable beds and attentive staff.

Cons: There was no hot water and construction on the building beside the hotel was at times really loud. The two rooms I stayed in only had small amount of natural light and wasn’t able to open any windows which made the room quite stuffy after a day or so.

Pros: Amazing amazing location. Just a minute away from the Clock Tower and barely few mins to all other tourist attractions. Reasonably sized room, good for a solo traveller. Friendly hotel staff.

Cons: No hot shower. No hairdryer. And no lift, you have to take the stairs up to your room which is not ideal if you have any mobility issues

Cons: ALGUNOS INCONVENIENTES PEQUEÑOS QUE PLATICAMOS CON EL NUEVO ENCARGADO DEL HOTEL, AUNQUE TRATARON DE APOYARNOS, UNO NO SIEMPRE LLEGA A SENTIRSE DEL TODO COMODO DESPUES DE QUE PASAN LAS COSAS

I enjoy the central location and ease to come and go from this hotel.

Pros: The location of this boutique hotel was perfect. Close to the city center and all major attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Room and hotel itself was a little dated but had charm.

Pros: La ubicación que tiene el hotel es definitivamente su mayor ventaja, estás en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad, super recomendado

Encantador

Pros: La ubicación central, podía ir a los sitios de mi preferencia, el tinto estaba delicioso, me gustó mucho que en frente hay un restaurante económico

Cons: El calentador de la ducha, no me gusta bañarme con agua caliente y menos en tierra de clima cálido. Se alcanza a escuchar el ruido de las discotecas.

Pros: La encargada de la recepción muy amable y disponible la ubicación perfecta

Cons: Zona comune hacia algo de calor
