Pros: The staff was really kind and helpful and did all the possible to let us have the room before the normal check-in time.

Good hotel, basic and economical in the old city.

Pros: The location was perfect, walking distance to Getsemani and the old city. Very economical.

Cons: The room smells like humidity. After the first night we requested to change rooms but the other room was the same. There is a bar right next to the hotel so it’s a bit loud at night.

Central and friendly stay in Cartagena

Pros: The location is very central - few steps from main attractions, the room has all the basic amenities, there is a nice common area ans the staff is very friendly.

Cons: My room did not have a window and it can be noisy, as the hotel is very central.

great, and confortable

Pros: Receiptionist dose not speak English, but she is happy to help you and answer all questions you have when I communicated with her by Google translater. Location is the best, walking distance to everywhere; KFC just locates next door; cafe shop at the corner is perfect place to get breakfast with reasonable price; in addition, hotel offers you two free bottles of water, with a mini-super market at lobby.

Cons: My biggest disappointment is the incorrect address of the hotel from both Booking.com data and Google Map; it will lead you to middle of nowhere which far away from old city. My room dose not have a window, but due to structure of the building, it is understandable, however this lead to another headache; when you turn of all the lights, it is too hard to see anything; if you turn shower room lights on; the noise of fans will keep you awake. Shower water presure is not strong enough, and hot water is not hot; but I heard this is city-wide issue. Last, due to location of my room, Wifi connection is unstable.

Pros: Great location, comfortable and well maintained. AC.. Good price.

Cons: Only issue was my room wasn't ready at check in time.

Enjoy this hotel for more than one night!

Pros: The room was very big for two people and we appreciated it very much, there are some small benefits to enjoy, the staff is collaborative and the position is close to the very center of the old city

Cons: Qué tuviera un elevador, ya que fuimos con una persona de la tercera edad y nos tocó en el tercer piso.

Pros: Localização muito boa, perto dos pontos principais da cidades.

Cons: Chuveiro que era gelado mais o calor é tão grande que isso não interfere. No resto sem reclamar, foi tudo maravilhoso.
