Pros: Luxurious rooms, attentive staff, and the perfect location. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were always on hand to assist or recommend. The pool area was an ideal place to escape the busy streets, and the restaurant was top quality. In fact, probably my favourite New Year’s Eve was spent in the rooftop restaurant.

The number one source of Cartagena is the people at hotel every restaurant the people in the street beautiful people

Pros: Great location, very peaceful atmosphere and chilly.we do 4 vacations a year and this was our first trip of the year and we start the 👍👍

Cons: The staff are the face of the hotel , Erick, Edwin and all the staff have very good knowledge of the area restaurants, what to do fun.

Great top-notch hotel in the historic city center.

Pros: Good breakfast and great rooftop bar/restaurant, accessible via the street (security purposes I suppose). Room was just great, took me a while to figure out the water temperature. :)

Cons: The street is a bit touristy, and at night you may run into shady figures, but I never felt unsafe. Usual caution applies, like everywhere, really.

Pros: Location was amazing! Amenities were also great and the staff were lovely. The room had a huge bed and beautiful high ceiling!

Cons: Quite pricey but worth it if location is important

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and perfect location in the old town of Cartagena. The rooms, garden, rooftop pool and bar / restaurant made the experience. Not to mention the staff were extremely friendly and always helpful.

A lovely stay at a gorgeous, brandnew boutique hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. The design is dry tastefully done. The room was very quiet and the bed is a dream. The are 2 small pools on the top floor with great views over the city. Luciana from reception was always ready to help and always smiling.

Cons: As the hotel only opened in november, the restaurant and the bar by the swimming pools were not finished yet. But there was no work noise to be heard. The breakfast was at a restaurant 3 doors down the road with a nice choice of options.
