Pros: Top central location. Very kind staff. Coffee and kitchen for the guests' use.

Cons: Very small rooms. Air conditioning difficult to adjust.

Excellent hotel option in the heart of Cartagena's historic walled town.

Pros: Location was excellent right in Old Town, staff were very friendly and the room (family room) was exactly what we were looking for.

Cons: The AC had trouble keeping up with the Cartagena heat and all of us sleeping there.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location and extremely easy to commute. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons: It would have been great if the staff could speak English, as it was certainly tough to communicate, albeit they were extremely helpful.
