Pros: Great vintage hotel. The facilities were great and the staff were super helpful. The location was amazing but it's an old building so the rooms are a little damp and other than that everything was amazing.

Cons: It's an older building so the rooms are a little damp and the fixtures are old.

Lovely hotel, very good staff

Pros: Location was perfect, and staff were so helpful and friendly. We ended up staying 4 nights instead of 2 and they were so accommodating in leaving us keep the same room throughout. The coffee at reception was delicious!

Cons: The room layout was a bit strange, the beds were really short and protruding and we ended up walking into them numerous times which was uncomfortable. The outlets were in awkward places. The noise was loud but that's a given in a place so central. It was really a nice hotel overall

Pros: The location is amazing, although that means it’ll be loud at night (bring earplugs), the staff were incredibly warm and very accommodating and the breakfast is the best of any of the hotels I’ve stayed at during my trip in Colombia. The rooms are quite nice, much nicer than I thought from the photos. I believe this hotel offers an excellent price/quality ratio for Cartagena

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and staff accommodating however can be loud due to the design around the pool.

Pros: The location was great within the walled city, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Cons: A lot of noise travelled, room service would take our towels and not replace them ever though we hung them on the racks indicating we wanted to keep them.
