Exclusive hotel in the heart of Cartagena

Pros: Excellent boutique hotel, highly recommended—especially for a couple’s vacation. The service was incredible; everything can be easily managed via WhatsApp, even before arrival, which made the experience seamless. Customer service is outstanding, and the small number of rooms makes the stay feel exclusive and truly special. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. We also spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, which was perfect for unwinding. Although the area outside can be noisy, the rooms are very well insulated, and I slept without any issues at all. BTW. There was also a vapor iron in the room to help with the outfits.

Great experience!

Pros: Everything was good, great stay in a beautiful new hotel in the heart of Cartagena old town. Staff was super nice, helpful and accomodating. Nice breakfast and a personalized experience. I would go back.
