Hotel AT THE PARK

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and supportive and the hotel has a wonderful lobby, balcony, and pool area where you can perfectly relax on a hot day.

Recommend this place, for both families and travelers

Pros: Well located hotel in the middle of the historic centrum. The suite was great and we had separate bedrooms for us and the children. The staff was awesome and really friendly. If you are looking for an escape of all the people trying to sell stuff, you can buy a drink around the corner and drink this in all easiness on the balcony.

Pros: location is great, staff is great, some rooms do not have windows but this is not really an issue

Cons: facilities in this room were a bit old and tend to break

Pros: Beautiful hotel, and they kindly moved me (to an even nicer room) due to construction happening in the property adjacent to my original room. Fantastic location over the square, and the staff were lovely and helpful, especially Jessica at the front desk. The lady serving breakfast cooked me a vegan breakfast specially, which was much appreciated.

Cons: Although the location is great, overlooking the square, the downside is that you can hear the noise until 11 or 12 at night, although it is quite quiet after that. WiFi can go down sometimes, which is probably the provider rather than the hotel.

Fabulous location & lovely balcony.

Pros: We had a balcony room overlooking the park and it was fabulous watching the shows and having a drink.

Pros: Lovely stay in this boutique hotel. Perfect location. Right in the center of the walled city, next to a beautiful plazza with a small park but just a few blocks away from the main noisy sites. Breakfast was really good and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags before and after check in and arranged laundry for us. We forgot a small bag in our room when we left and they are trying to get it back to us in Canada. One of the best hotel we stayed in during our Colombia trip! Highly recommend it.

Great location!

Pros: Excellent location, nice room in a very historic building and friendly staff. The location of the place is really good. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the park which we enjoyed in the evening - nice to share a bottle of wine and listen to the music below without getting hassled by the street vendors when sitting in the restaurant/cafe. Room was not very noisy really…everything quieted down after 11pm and we had no problem sleeping.

Pros: I liked the attention. The location. Very clean and confortable. Excelent breakfast. Very Quiet, staff very profesional.

Cons: I have no complains. I did not found something I did not like. Only good comments. I can wait to returns.

Cons: Breakfast was very limited, some staff members not particularly helpful - lacking on-site management.
