Pros: An oasis of calm in the heart of the old town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the pool was a great place to relax. The room had everything we needed.

Beautiful boutique hotel, wonderful staff, perfect location

Pros: Wonderful - a very warm welcome from all the lovely staff at this beautiful hotel. Gorgeous rooftop with small but delightful pool and bar. Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the square - lovely spot to read and watch people going by in the square. Perfect location with everything near and amazing service.

Cons: Nothing.

Great stay

Pros: Great location right in the heart of the old town. There's an awesome street food vendor in front of the hotel in the evening. Very friendly people working there from the ground staff to the wonderful people at the desk, thank you Dennis and William for making this stay great.

Charming, comfortable, well-located hotel in heart of Cartagena

Pros: Charming classic hotel with balconies with overlooking a lively square. Great location, perfect for walking around the old town. Incredible staff. Pleasant rooftop pool. Highly recommend.

Cons: The WiFi wasn’t strong in the room, but it was strong elsewhere within the hotel (e.g. dining area, landing, rooftop pool).

Pros: Nice small hotel, very quiet, a good value for money. Delicious breakfast and amazing staff. Great bed.

Cons: Furniture and appliances could be updated. Blackout curtains could also be improved.

Pretty hotel but there are many more stylish options in Cartagena these days

Pros: Pretty hotel, an oasis of calm on a very busy street. Great location. Small but comfortable room, always kept spotlessly clean by the exceptional housekeeping staff. Slightly silly plunge pool on the roof, but nice views. Excellent breakfast served by lovely ladies, thank you all. And thank you William on reception for always being so friendly and helpful. There are many more stylish places to stay in Cartagena. I suspect Casa La Fe once led the way but now seems a little tired.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic and served in a tranquil courtyard. The hotel itself was close to numerous restaurants in the Centro district and the staff were friendly and very helpful
