Good location
Pros: We got a big room (#5) quite comfortable. Gibrail was amazing. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The hotel needs better maintenance. Specially on the rooftop. Hotel is pricey for what you get.

Pros: The room was incredibly spacious, the pools were lovely, the shower was good, and the L'Occitane products were excellent. Special thanks to Eduardo, the best and most professional employee at the hotel.
Cons: The morning employee, however, seemed somewhat clueless about how boutique hotel service should be; at breakfast, you had to go and ask for the juice, which never arrived at the table. This was due to a lack of this same employee (I don't remember his name).

Espectacular
Pros: Very nice hôtel with the best location in the heart of the old city. Beautiful decoration, very sophisticated with luxury amenities and extremely clean. The 2 swimming pools are breath taking. Specially the one on the HUGE ROOFTOP with a large jacuzzi with view! Room very comfortable with cold AC and view upon the pool. Delicious Colombian breakfast with local specialties . Great staff!!

Pros: Great surprise!! Such a nice hotel in the heart of the walled city. Best location. 2 swimming pools, one of them on the rooftop beside a huge jacuzzi. Spectacular view over the old city. Very clean, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.

Ficaria novamente! Parabéns pela cordialidade da equipe.
Pros: O atendimento da equipe é muito bom, atenciosos e prestativos, principalmente o Sr. Gibran, que me deu sugestões de lugares e restaurantes na proximidade, foi muito gentil e corteis a todo momento. Apesar de não ter secador de cabelo no quarto, pedi e me entregaram logo. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiro bom (mas sem box que fechava completamente). Café da manhã muito bom! Tudo fresquinho (preparam na hora). Cozinha comunitária (não usei, mas falaram que se precisasse de algo poderia usar). Fiquei no térreo, o que pra mim foi muito bom, pois acho que o acesso aos quartos superiores eram de escada.
Cons: Móveis muito antigos (e precisando de reparo), box sem porta (o que acaba molhando o banheiro).

Great location, nice staff, easy to work with.
Pros: Location location location! Rooftop pool, lobby pool, and the arepas in the morning might have been the best we had on our entire trip. Easy guys to work with! Beautiful street (pic attached)
Cons: Breakfast was a little slow, but to be honest one of the days we were in a rush for a tour so it wasn’t ideal. They literally hand make the arepas to order and they were awesome so I can’t complain too much. Just plan for 30-45 minutes for breakfast. It’s totally worth it. Also the main door is unmarked so it took us a second to find the place.

Magnífica ubicación
Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Cartagena, pero en una calle tranquila. La habitación deluxe es muy amplia, cama muy confortable, baño impecable y nuevo. Patio muy bonito y tranquilo, no se oye nada del exterior. Buen desayuno. Tiene 2 piscinas, muy de agradecer con el calor que hace en Cartagena. Mejor de lo esperado.
Cons: La zona de desayunos, es una mesa grande común y sería mejor que contara con mesas pequeñas. No hay ningún cartel fuera del hotel, por lo que uno no sabe si ha llegado al alojamiento. Las habitaciones de la planta baja pueden ser ruidosas a la hora del desayuno porque están justo en el patio.

Pros: El personal super amable. La ubicacion muy buena. Un toque alejado de ruidos. Buena carta de desayunos.
Cons: La habitacion es un poco pequeña en relacion al precio y espacio total. Y los cuartos dan directo al sector comun lo cual si hay mucho movimiento es posible despertarse si sos decsueño ligero.

Pros: maravilloso hotel. Excelente ubicacion. Habitacion muy bonita. Baño espectacular. Aseo perfecto. Las dos piscinas y el jacuzzi sobre la terraza: increible con vista espectacular sobre la ciudad antigua. Desayuno delicioso. Y los empleados muy amables y serviciales. Por el precio tan comodo yo no lo podia creer! Volvere muy pronto...
