Lots of fun in Cartagena and this hotel is right in the middle of it.

Pros: Perfectly located with many resturants in close vicinity. Pool is nice but small. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Bathroom area smelled not nice. Noisy neighborhopast midnight.od with partying

Pros: Location was excellent. We were staying 8 minutes from the Centro de Convenciones where the 2026 Hay Festival had most of its events. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was really good. All the staff was courteous, friendly and service oriented... helped with all our requests and were helpful during the unexpected blackout due to the strong tropical storm that hit Cartagena.

Cons: The room was quite large and the bed comfy, but he AC may need to be updated (seems to me a little noisy and too powerful) and the bathroom could be more \

Amazing stay in Cartagena

Pros: Fantastic stay in Cartagena! The location is perfect, right in the centre and close to everything. Breakfast was amazing, with great variety and quality. The ladies preparing and serving breakfast were incredibly kind and brought such positive energy every morning. They really made our stay special. Highly recommended

Quiet boutique hotel in an amazing location

Pros: This hotel is in an amazing location right in Getsemani and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Because of how many people are out and about, it always felt safe walking around at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great, with eggs made fresh for you, a little pancake with fruit, fruit juice, granola and a selection of fruit to choose from. Refreshing to get in the pool after a hot day.

Cons: Note that there's no lift - bit hard to get luggage up the stairs. The bed was a bit firm for my liking. Otherwise I can't think of anything.

Very good stay in central area

Pros: The hotel is well located in the city centre, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Despite being close to attractions, the hotel is very quiet, good breakfast, very clean.

Cons: The pool is a bit small to really swim, they could add a few additional in the room (boiling machine/coffee machine, body cream, care kit, etc)

Stunning, friendly, great value boutique hotel

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel, lovely pool and rooftop space. It was my birthday and they did a beautiful job of making the room very special for us. Room itself was lovely with great bathroom, storage and comfortable bed. The staff were so kind and friendly and helped us practice our Spanish! The breakfast was a highlight with amazing cooked options and fresh fruit and coffee. Location was amazing! Pretty much everything was perfect.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect! Rooms a little tight with such a huge bed maybe? But delightful all round.
