Pros: Staff where very helpful and nice, room cleaned every day very well, breakfast was very nice, air conditioning was amazing, hair dryer, iron, safe, tv fridge all included, bed was huge and so comfortable And the girlfriend loved the huge light mirror

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is within walking distance, which makes it very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast — it could offer a bit more variety and quality. Overall, a great stay in a lovely location.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel building is quite beautiful in colonial style with a garden and beautiful interior balconies.

Cons: In the early hours of the morning, guests would come in talking very loudly and making noise, which would wake up those who were resting. Our room was on the ground floor.

Pros: Rooftop pool and relaxing area are brilliant. Location in Getsemeni is great - close to the action but not disrupted by it. Internal courtyard is like an oasis.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and beautiful Colombial style yiu want when in Cartagena

Pros: This hotel tick all the boxes when in Cartagena. I like the location, the hotel has the colonial magic of the wall city but away from crowds and noise.

Cons: It was my second time. I really like it. Perhaps a bit update on the pool wold be nice but is really nice place to be.

Pros: good location (everything reachable in 15 min but not right in the noisy area), staff extremely friendly and happy to help, nice pool area with bar, many spots to relax

Cons: a bit noisy from the street due to some party buses driving around, toaster at breakfast has some issues, not enough shadow spaces at the pool
