quiet and nice hotel in cartagena

Pros: nice hotel in a quiet but central location close to all amenites . Safe area . Staff was professional and polite. Room was clean . The bed was huge and super comfy!

Cons: nothing , all was good !

Pros: Pleasant hotel in Getsemani, nice bay view, few steps from main attractions, helpful staff, spacious and clean room, good value for money considering old part of Cartagena

Cons: very poor breakfast

Pros: We had nice and pleasant stay, the room we had was big enough with large bed and sofa.

Cons: We had room without window, it always better to wake up with natural light, so avoid that if possible.

Small but Robust

Pros: the site was excellent and the staff were cooperative and the hotel was clean and calm . The breakfast was delicious, the only problem is that the internet was weak and didn't reached the upstairs well, also the drinks were overpriced.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The staff could have helped out a bit more especially when the WiFi did not work. The manner in which the receptionist handled the issue was a bit rude. Finally after getting it checked out the third time, it worked. However, the same person was generally helpful during the rest of the trip to be fair. A good stay overall.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location. Nice breakfast.

Good option

Pros: The hotel is located on a main street in Gethsinami, near the water. The reception staff were very friendly. Cleanliness was very good.

Cons: The room had no window. The incredible noise in the morning of clattering plates and utensils.

Great stop over if you want a good night’s sleep. Good breakfast.

Pros: We liked the cool quiet of the room and slept well. We liked the location and the room was really comfortable. Our room faced inwards and therefore there was no traffic noise. Some people might want a view of the harbour so worth checking what kind of room you booked.

Cons: I messaged the hotel asking for a late check out and a taxi to the airport. I didn’t ever get a reply (I’ve just checked again now). But we did get 1 more hour on the room and we did get a taxi (but the taxi driver wanted more money than the hotel said the fare would be)

Perfect location for exploring Cartagena.

Pros: Fantastic location, close to the historic centre and trendy local cafes, bars and restaurants. Tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, friendly staff. The area can be noisy but our room didn't face the main road.

Cons: The breakfast could be better and the coffee needs to be stronger!

Pros: The arepas in the breakfast were excellent, and the beds and the washroom were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, we moved easily and safely around the old city thanks to it.
