Clean, quiet, top location & friendly staff

Pros: Amazing location in Geitsemani yet not noisy. Double room was spacious and clean. Tasty breakfast !

Comfortable stay in a very convenient location with helpful staff.

Pros: Great location, easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and in our case, to the convention center. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice start to the day with enough variety.

Cons: A few small maintenance details could be improved, but the staff was always helpful. Overall nothing major.

Pros: The hotel is in the heart of Getsemani, but on the quiet side. I slept like a baby, haha. The room was clean and spacious. There is hot water! The breakfast was delicious. The building it’s gorgeous, the swimming pool is small but perfect to cool off. A beautiful hotel! Closed to all the streets in Getsemani, between 5-10min walking.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpfull. Nice pool to refresh! Very good airco. Breakfast standaard and sufficient. Luggage could be stored for a few days. Very big room.

Cons: Noise around weekend from neighbourhood/ party place in middle of the night, but hotel can not be blamed for this. Other guests noise when sitting and drinking around the pool... maybe hotelstaff can inform guests to have more respect towards other hotel users.

Nice little hotel with great staff makes your day

Pros: Great location, clean, super staff and super breakfast. Nice pool that helps to cool off in the scorching heat of this city.

Cons: A little basic. And after 4 years could remove all COVID rules and instructions that are still everywhere. Located at a very busy road, but in our case not a problem

Kindest staff

Pros: My stay was perfect. The lady named Alexandra at the reception was the kindest and the most attentive person i have met in whole Colombia personally. Was traveling solo, I do not speak spanish and I managed to interact with google translate although she was the kindest. The room was all i could ask for.

Cons: The only thing I find inconvenient was that there was no socket next to the bed so I had to charge my phone a bit further from bed.

Great location and fab stay

Pros: Brilliant location in Cartagena to explore the city, comfortable and clean rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Sol!), and breakfast was fab.
