Good Location - Cartagena Break

Pros: The location was good, the breakfast was good. The pool area and pool bar was good.

Ideally situated in the heart of Getsemaní this amazingly stylish hotel was super comfortable.

Pros: The hotel has been converted most stylishly from two old properties. It was an absolute delight to stay here. The food at breakfast was delicious. The main restaurant was also excellent.

Very special stay in the heart of Getsemani and a short walk to the old centre. Fabulous!

Pros: Amazing location, lovely team, original decor with lots of character, great vibe, delicious restaurant, quiet rooms. Rooftop pool and drinks were really great too!

Cons: Water in the room stopped for short times but it wasn’t terribly disruptive.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, inside the walls of the Old Town. You can walk to almost all attractions in a few minutes. On site we found nice and helpful staff. We had several requests that were fulfilled. The living conditions were very good. Despite the proximity to the street, there is silence inside this historic tenement house. There are swimming pools and comfortable relaxation zones on the roof.

Great place to stay,

Pros: The decoration on the property is superb, the ambience of the different locations within the hotel are really great and the overall experience is very good

Cons: The reception staff could be better trained, as we had issues being charged twice for the room taxes. Breakfast prices are very high and not really worth the value. Bed are on the small side.

High class hotel with a warm and homey feeling and fantastic decoration and services

Pros: First impression was very good. Nice interior and a warm welcome from the staff who gave us useful information and served us a fresh and awesome welcome drink on top. Our room was great. good space, cleaned and two air conditioners and comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was also perfect. You can have your own privacy but at the same time be in the centre of Getsami areas where you have close to food bars and restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place 😊

Cons: The breakfast was a bit disappointment since. everything else was high class.

Pros: Very comfy and spacious rooms. Great location in vibrant area.

Cons: Despite booking in advance / requests to contrary room street side are very noisey for light sleepers

Gorgeous rooms in the best location

Pros: Just the best location, right in the heart of the arts districts do you can wander out your door for street food and music, cafe Havana literally metres away! And only a very short stroll to the walled city so it is literally the best place to be in Cartagena. Great breakfast, beautiful rooms.

The most beautifully decorated hotel EVER

Pros: The decor was just breathtaking- worth it for this alone, it's like living in an art gallery. The restaurant was amazing. Location was also great. Amazing noise cancellation so you can rest properly

Cons: Check in/ out a little slow. Staff very friendly but I made a couple of requests (e.g. contacts for catamaran) that were never followed up on despite promises.
