Great location, good service

Pros: We have stayed in the place for three nights and were totally satisfied! I read a lot about this hotel in Internet and people mostly complained about loud music from nearby club. I found it not so bad, we had excellent sleep! Though our room was not overlooking a busy street. Cleaness was perfect! It is a tidy place. The breakfast was basic, but all you need - coffee, fresh omelette, cheese, ham, cold juicesl fresh fruits cereal, etc. Couple of swimming pools were available, on the roof top and on the ground floor. Location was 11 of 10, we felt very save. I would recommend this place to my friends. And yes, I would stay in again.

Cons: Nothing to complain, I expected it being lower when we took it. But it took over my expectations. Ah, no elevator, have in mind if you are not too mobile. Or ask them for a ground floor.

Pros: I loved the location, and the hotel staff were very friendly and also they were very helpful. I recommend this hotel so much that I also booked my stay there for my return journey home. And hopefully I will stay there again when I return next year.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Pros: Room was ok, smelt a bit of dampness but that is to be expected in a muggy climate. Breakfast was a little simple but location was great and staff was friendly

Nice stay, loud neighbourhood

Pros: The hotel is nicely located and the rooms are big enough to stay a couple of days. The staff was friendly. The room was just like the photos.

Cons: Unfortunately, comes with the location a very loud neighbourhood with music and partying until late. Not sure if all the rooms are the same but as light sleepers, we couldn't sleep until 1am. Also, we felt the breakfast was very limited in options and the person in charge not very nice.

Strongly recommend

Pros: Amazing hotel, with lovely comfy rooms. Rooftop swimming pool area was lovely (although one side was closed) and whilst I could see the downstairs pool, couldn't suss how to get to it! Nice large shower, and comfy large bed, along with good breakfast. Location was fabulous, just a 10min walk to the harbour, and just around the corner from some popular restaurant streets.

Pros: Location was good, rooftop bartender really nice and the room was beautiful.

Cons: The hotel itself was nice, but it was very noisy at night. We were only informed about the location of our room upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there’s no lift to help with luggage, which made things a bit difficult. On our first day, the receptionist read us a list of “behavior” rules, which felt more like something you'd hear at a hostel or on a school trip—not quite the welcome you'd expect from a hotel, especially considering the price we paid. I was hoping for a more professional and customer-friendly experience. Same experience when having breakfast, we were told first day even is a buffet, you can only go a maximum of 2 times to get more food. Not that we needed more food, but again the aproach was a bit rude.

Beautiful hotel in historic quarter

Pros: Great location right in the middle of the area for going out and in walking distance to the old town. Good sized rooms , friendly staff (very grateful for assisting in luggage storage) and rooftop is beautiful and great for relaxing .

A great way to experience Cartagena.

Pros: The location was great, beautiful period building in great state of maintenance, and super helpful staff. The breakfast in open air at the roof terrace adds a nice touch.

Cons: It can be noisy for those looking for a quiet stay. The music from the bar upstairs stopped at around 10.30-11pm. The street party noise can continue for longer, but nothing that should stop anyone from enjoying their stay, as this is one of the charms of Cartagena.

Great place to stay , comfortable and good base for exploring

Pros: Great place to stay, close to all amenities. Hotel very clean, great breakfasts, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop for a dip in the pool.
