Beautiful luxurious hotel

Pros: The hotel looks very stylish. The two pools are amazing and have the perfect water temperature. The room was nice and comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and the food was also great.

Cons: Even though there is a lot of staff in the hotel, they could be a bit more attentive. Sometimes I had to wait too long before a server came to my table, which is not something I would expect in such a fancy place.

Pros: I have to give this Hotel a 10 stars, jenson and the team helped me propose to my partner and their attention to detail and helping me organise everything in a country. I have never been before. The engagement is perfect and I owe it all to them.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Osh Hotel is in a great location in Getsemani and has everything you need in a hotel plus all the little extras which make your stay even more enjoyable. The staff are friendly and service is excellent.

Good location. High quality rooms.

Pros: Great property right in the middle of Gastemi. The rooms are of a good standard.

Cons: It was quite noisy in my room but then I was there over New Year’s Eve so to be expected.

Perfection

Pros: Great service and facilities, Vicky kindly helped organise a surprise lunch for my husband and I to celebrate our honeymoon as well as additional personal touches. Pool areas are great to chill out by and the restaurant food was some of the best we had in Cartagena

Pros: The staff is amazing, very polite, friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast, many courtesies and the hotel architecture and decor are espetacular .
