Fantastic location and comfortable room

Cons: In the regular room the bathroom is a slightly small

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff

Pros: Perfect location, right in the heart of Getsemaní yet on a quieter street, making it easy to sleep. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is small, but perfect for cooling off from the city’s heat. Breakfast was almost always the same, with a few small variations, but overall very good.

Cons: The only downside: if your room is on the first floor (ground level), it can be quite noisy in the morning since the reception and breakfast area are located there.

Pros: the room was very spacious,the bed was extremely comfortable, the downstairs breakfast area. The Air-con was very strong.

Cons: Just the shower pressure but it’s not too big of a deal.

Pros: Very good location, and good price. Room was very decent, and AC worked well. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The glass door for the shower area couldn't close properly, so the floor in the bathroom got quite wet when showering. Door to bathroom a bit transparent, (can see silhouette), so not full privacy in the toilet - not an issue for us, but maybe for some.

It is a great value for money - location and service

Pros: Incredible location, good facilities, clean, nice rooftop to sunbathe, good personnel, tasty breakfast in a beautiful backyard

Cons: In the shower you can regulate the temperature, but cannot the strength of the flow. We asked to make it softer, the plumber made it by switching off/drammatically reducing the warm water flow :)

Pros: The location was amazing!! it was super close to the main streets of Cartagena where the life is! The wall is a bit of a walk from the location but you can get a taxi. The marina tho was very close to the hotel just like 10/15 minutes walk which is fine maybe in the morning or at night when is a bit cooler. The bed was really comfortable and spacious.

Cons: Nothing really...maybe the pool didn't really have nice views but that's not a big thing as we spent most of the day outside or at the beach.

Very nice stay

Pros: Breakfast was great, the location is amazing and the staff has been super nice! The room looks just like in the pictures, the place is super calm and quiet, it's a great value for money in the heart of Getsemani.

Pros: The location was really centered. The Garden was really nice, and the staff was really friendly too.

Cons: The room was in the courtyard, so I’m the morning was a little bit noisy.

Cons: Bed was quite noisy. Nowhere to hang towels. No shaded areas by the pool. (All minor issues)
