Well located

Pros: Proximity to most of our interests, safe place, clean, easy access, 24 hre front desk, wifi everywhere.

Cons: Noise in corridor transmit too much. Extremely noisy neighbors on the last night, we had to intervene ourselfs at 2h00 in the morning. Noisy, barking dogs in a room next to us, looks like thise dogs are own by staff onsite.

Optimum to visit cartagena without soending too much

Pros: Hotel optimum (not too expensive) ti visit the Town center .

Cons: A refrigirator would be a big bonus .

Great value stay in a beautiful hotel, very well located

Pros: Very easy check in even though we arrived late at night. The room was large and comfortable with aircon and a TV. The hotel is in a great location to explore old town Cartagena. The staff were all very friendly too.

Amazing location

Pros: The location, it was right in the centre, walking distance to everything. Very clean and helpful staff. Some people mentioned the water, I stayed in other hotels in Cartagena and they also didn't have hot water and did not say it upfront - at least here you know about. Honestly, I was actually looking forward to having a cool shower in the Cartagena heat. So it's a plus for me.

Cons: I was in the middle row of rooms, having windows into a corridor from both sides of the room (if that makes sense, I've never experienced such set up), which made it a bit noisy and not so private with people walking by your \

Pros: Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, and the location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Getsemaní, close to everything. When my flight was canceled due to the weather, I didn’t hesitate for a second to come back. I truly loved my time here and would happily return anytime. Highly recommended!

Pros: Comfortable, great location and nice room with AC. Simple but great for exploring the city and despite being in the center of Getsemani there was no noise at night inside. We had mistakenly booked the wrong date and the staff was very kind to solve it in the moment

Nice stay and strategic location

Pros: Great location, close to everything in Cartagena, which made it very convenient. I booked this hotel for my parents, and they really appreciated how easy it was to get around.

Cons: Nothing major, but the hotel could improve a bit on comfort and small details to make the stay even better.

Pros: The location was great, we walked almost everywhere. Closed to the wall city, Getsemaní bars and restaurants and popular locations. The hotel was good and clean value for money. The people was really friendly at the hotel and helpful, make our stay very pleasant.

Cons: Our room had the windows to the corredor so you couldn’t open them but we only use the room For sleep which was convenient for our trip as location was superb.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing

Pros: I have stayed a couple o ftimes, it is super clean and a really great spot in town. I did not want a party hotel or hostel. I wanted somewhere clean, comfortable and relaxing - so I could come and go with ease.

Cons: The Wi-Fi disconnected a lot but other than that it was a good stay.
