Good place

Pros: The place is so beautiful and it's possible to find out all so nearby.

Cons: The door wasn't working correctly and we had to tell them the changes of the room because it was impossible to close the door.

Pros: Good and clean room , very friendly and helpful personnel. Good location ,near to beach and all the restaurants. Safe neighbourhood

Cons: Unfortunately there were some construction works going on during my stay and there was a lot of noise sometimes .But I guess it's not something the hotel can influence

Pros: I liked the place, it was comfortable. Good location, close to the beach and many things around. Quick check in, no issues at all, overall good place to stay

Cons: Adriana was very friendly and helpful Wendy was a bit condescending which I found a bit strange because everyone is so lovely in Cartagena

Boa opção de hospedagem em Cartagena

Pros: Localização. O hotel fica perto da rua principal do bairro. Então dá pra fazer tudo caminhando.

Cons: Apesar de eu já saber que não tinha café da manhã, pra nós brasileiro é muito incomodo não ter pelo costume que temos nos hoteis do Brasil. Mas entendo que é um outro país com hábitos diferentes. Mas para nós ainda é incomodo.

Pros: Es un hotel lindo y cerca a la playa en Bocagrande. Pero si hay que tomar taxi o Uber hasta el centro y para regresar. La habitación no tenia ventana pero eso no fue un problema para nada porque realmente es un espacio para descansar. Muy recomendado!

Muy agradable

Pros: Es muy cómodo, está bien arreglado y mantenido. El desayuno fue muy bueno y nos ofrecieron varias opciones. Está muy bien ubicado en Bocagrande. La señora de la recepción fue muy amable y colaboradora.

Cons: Había un pequeño problema de comejenes en el cuarto. Además se notaba el olor a humedad, aunque desaparecía cuando prendíamos el aire acondicionado. Supongo que fue porque nuestro cuarto estaba en el primer piso.
