Amazing stay in OZ collection hotel in Bocagrande

Pros: Everything superb, very kind workers and brand new hotel. Very convenient quality price ratio. Breakfast superb both sweet and salad. Best hotel I have ever stayes in probably! Super recommended

Cons: Soundproofing could be improved. Had a mosquito in my coffee on the last day but just minor issues

Nice, new hotel

Pros: The hotel was brand new, the rooms are extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was nice and very accommodating.

Cons: The pool area was very crowded, but that was expected.

The BEST hotel we stayed in Colombia!

Pros: Out of all the hotels we stayed in Colombia, this was BY FAR the very best one!! It is so modern and has everything you need and more! The pool area is super nice, we loved the gym, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast buffet, it was absolutely fantastic :) The employees were also extremely nice and always very ready to help with anything. When I come back to Cartagena, I will definitely stay here!

A good hotel, but with some drawbacks.

Pros: - clean, - high standard, - new, - friendly, - safe

Cons: - Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for a table at breakfast. For me, at this price, that's unacceptable! The hotel isn't living up to its own standards. - The breakfast selection could be a bit more varied. Why are there no smoothies in a country with so much fruit? - Only two elevators. Sometimes waits of 10-15 minutes.

Perfect! :)

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff (Iván at the Pool Bar takes exceptional care of guests), excellent location, very clean rooms and public areas. Simply perfect! I just love lying here on the roof next to the pool. The view is beautiful, the music is good, and the drinks and food are good. It's a great location to enjoy the sunset from here too. I just love being here. I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Cartagena.

Pros: very friendly and welcoming at reception. Lovely rooftop pool and bar area. Good location

The hotel facilities are new and beautiful, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of choices so everyone can enjoy a great start to the morning.
