Everything was perfect.

Pros: The place was amazing, we really liked the design. Location was perfect. Breakfast was included and excellent. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it or return there.

Pros: Kind and efficient staff. Provided useful information and great service. Their laundry service was convenient and quick. Food was good, the amenities extremely nice and well-decorated. Historic place with the comfort of a modern facility. The patio and jacuzzi were very pleasant. Well located within the old city walls.

For anyone looking to stay in Cartagena, this is the place to stay

Pros: Beautiful, grand building, with a lovely courtyard and wooden features throughout. The room was big, the bed was comfy, good shower. The staff were so warm and friendly. Perfect location in the centre of the historic city and close to the airport.

Cons: The pool and jacuzzi were welcome but could have been colder to help refresh in hot Cartagena.

Great location for a few nights in the city.

Pros: the location is perfect, its a huge colonial house with all of the city vibe and nice rooftop to relax. The staff was super attentive and professional.

Cons: The price is too high when related to the cleanning of the common areas. The rooftop was missing the sun umbrellas and the service would take a lot of time. There is a few options for eating there, and the breakfast is very simple.
