The perfect place for a stay in Cartagena

Pros: What a beautiful hotel in the historic center of Cartagena, close to everything but at the same time in a super quiet location. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding . A special mention to the friendly and helpful staff!

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Cons: We would appreciate to have free bottled/ filtered water available to drink in the room.

Pros: Service was great, even though I checked in early they were able to accommodate without any problem. Beautiful and clean rooms.

Excellent place in heart of the city!

Pros: I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The facilities were in excellent condition, the swimming pool area was very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was lovely. All the staff - Ivan, Natalia, Javier and everyone, were very kind and attentive. The hotel and staff are lovely and I will stay again with them.

Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but do note if you are Colombian you have to pay 19% VAT. Therefore, if you are travelling with foreigners (partner/friends/family), make sure you book under their name and you show their passport when you arrive at the hotel so that you don't have to pay the 19% VAT.

Perfect for couple or group of friends.

Pros: Breakfast is very good, freshly prepared as per your request. Room was perfectly cleaned, one of the best from my experience. Nice roof top pool. Location is in the middle of the old city, walkable distance to shops, restaurants and clubs. Highly recommend. 😊

Pros: Great location, just outside hussle and bussle, all walkable. Great property and rooms, nice staff.

Cons: All great apart from breakfast, pastries are left open to the elements so if you’re a late rise they will be hard, otherwise fab.

Walking distance from most activities, clean, safe, and relaxing.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Staff in the breakfast area and kitchen were incredibly helpful and always attentive of our needs. Cleaning lady always made sure everything was tidy, thank you! Pool area was clean and had an amazing view. The hotel’s location was great: close to everything but far enough so you didn’t hear noise. Quiet and calm nights. Walking distance from most of our activities! Felt safe.

Cons: The hotel doesn’t offer room service or lunch/dinner. Breakfast is fantastic. For those who enjoy room service, it will not be available.

Amazing facilities, wonderful staff, beautiful city and a regular Breakfast

Pros: Staff was amazing and with amazing service. If you need help looking for activities or options to go to one of the regulary promoted islands they'll give you options and you can discuss with them the pros and cons. They'll also help you booking a Taxi in case you need one.

Cons: Food could be better. Breakfast was overall good but could improve. Breakfast is a solid 8.. there's opportunity to improve it to a 9.

Pros: Perfect location to explore Cartagena from. Lovely hotel with incredibly comfortable and generous rooms. Great rooftop pool to lounge by when the weather is too hot to walk.

Cons: Only slight gripe was that my room key re-set itself every day. Other than this, we had a fabulous stay and would definitely come again.
