Townhouse Boutique Hotel

Stylish and well run. Just needs better soundproofing.

Pros: Very comfortable and well equipped room, with a great view across the rooftops of Cartagena, giving it a luxurious feel. Responsive and friendly staff via a dedicated WhatsApp chat. Simple check in and out and a proper boutique feel to the hotel. Excellent roof terrace and plunge pool (in the Penthouse suite), given Cartagena's humidity. Lots of great touches both in the room and around the hotel. Excellent location for accessing Cartagena's old city.

Cons: The suite does suffer from noise at night, both from the street (drumming from street performers) and the rooftop bar above it, both via scraping chairs audible through the ceiling, and noise through the suite's door from guests coming to and from the bar. Since the bar is open until 1am, this can prove disruptive to sleep. For an expensive penthouse suite, this is a shame as it blights an otherwise superb facility. Better soundproofing is ideally needed.

Pros: Excelente localização, perto de supermercados, de atrações como o baluarte de São Domingos, do museu do Gabriel Garcia , perto de restaurantes . O meu quarto no primeiro andar facilitou bastante , mesmo tendo elevador, ar condicionado ok , banheiro ok, camas ok. Funcionários solícitos deram boas dicas.

Pros: Die Lage war toll Kontakt zu Personal läuft mehrheitlich via whatsapp, ich fand das noch cool. Gutes Bett Coole Bar (öffentlich) mit fancy Snacks auf dem Dach Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal

Cons: Dauerhafter Lärm von Klimaanlage auf Balkon, total unnötig So cool die Bar auch sein kann, so sehr kann sie auch nerven (laute Musik) wenn man schlafen möchte

Pros: Espaço do quarto, decoração, mimos do quarto - roupão de banho, assistente virtual, automatização do quarto .

Cons: Os quartos tinham janelas anti ruídos, mas não para os eventos do rooftoop que eram audíveis do nosso quarto. Além disto, a escada que leva ao rooftoop passa pela porta dos quartos . O café da manhã , embora incluso na diária, tem limitação de itens, qq pedido a mais é cobrado à parte . Por exemplo , pedimos 1 suco, um café e um ovo mexido. Pedimos um waffle com frutas , que foi cobrado à parte . Pelo preço da diária , deveria ter opção de mais itens do cardápio .

Pros: Les chambres familles sont magnifiques, il est en revanche préférable de réserver en direct pour bénéficier du petit dej.
