Luxurious hotel in the heart of Cartegena.

Pros: Luxurious bed and well-appointed room in a lovely part of Cartegena. Excellent value.

Cons: The bedrooms is a little small but perfect for a short stay.

Super comfortable

Pros: Excellent location, super comfortable bed with goose plums duve. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, nice jacuzzi on rooftop. Free fruits and coffee nespresso machine on the bedroom was a plus.

Cons: Just like the all the other toilets in Colombia, there is no hygienic douche.

Great stay in walled city

Pros: The staff were lovely. The location is perfect, easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Loads of restaurants and bars.

Cons: It is noisy from other guests. Sound travels and echos.

Pros: Great breakfast- a couple of choices (pancakes were particularly good) and the breakfast room is nice and clean. The lady serving the breakfast was smiley and remembered our egg and coffee preferences from the day before. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and after room cleaning, the room always had a very pleasant relaxing smell to it.

Cons: Our room was next to reception and we go to bed early so there was a bit of noise of people coming and going but from 22:00 it was calm so not a real problem.

Pros: This is a beautiful little hotel, the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough. The roof terrace is beautifully maintained and so nice, day or night. The room closest to reception is a little small and a little strange being so close to reception but we loved our stay despite this.

Very pleasant stay!

Pros: The room smelled really nice, which was refreshing after a heavy rain on our arrival. It was super clean and very well located in the centre of town. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They even gave us packed breakfast the day we were checking out earlier than the breakfast start time. The room was spacious and the bathroom even more spacious, also providing bath robes.

Cons: On departure, there was a slight mix-up with the taxi due to a marathon and road closures. The hotel seemed unclear and in the end we took a random taxi from the street rather than the one they had booked for us the day before and ended up paying double the amount to reach the airport.
