Pros: We had a really lovely stay at Bantu. The location was fantastic it is right in the heart of the walled city but still feels calm and secure. The security was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. The head waiter at breakfast, in particular, was incredibly attentive. The pools and facilities were gorgeous, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A really memorable touch was the beautiful note and gift acknowledging our honeymoon, which meant a lot to us.

Cons: There were just a couple of things that made the stay a little trickier. None of the plugs or USB ports in our room worked, and even after asking for help, the issue unfortunately wasn’t resolved. We ended up buying a new charger and could only use the outlet in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The shower door also didn’t close properly. These aren’t major issues on their own, but given the price point, they did stand out.

Pros: Amazing. Rooms are large and just beautiful. The hotel itself is so underrated on any websites, in person it’s stunning. 2x pools are great and even a spa. Staff so helpful and friendly. Amazing location too.

Great location and staff!

Pros: We loved the staff, the food, being in the middle of the old center but not on a busy street. We loved the outdoor but still very private bathroom.

Cons: At Breakfast, there are a couple of small mobile airconditioners that some guests just point at themselves because they're special. They could do more with the rooftop, to make it more 4 star with cabanas, lift up the spa rather than use it as a storage, etc

Nice hotel

Pros: The hotel is nice with several swimming pools that although not large serve the purpose, the surrounding areas are very pleasant. The breakfast, although not very varied, is not bad. the staff are very friendly! they changed our room immediately when we noticed a series of situations. Close to clock tower
