Lovely hotel at a great location

Pros: The location was amazing. The staff are super lovely. The courtyard inside the hotel is very nice. And the hotel itself is very easy to get to.

Cons: The room was very tiny, too small for 2 people. However great location and the staff are very lovely.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit too small In the night was quite loud (they were some workers repairing the street)

Pros: Literally in the center of the old town. The room was tiny but tidy. The hotel team were amazing guys who were very kind to help us in denouncing the fraud we have unfortunately experienced with the taxi driver. Highly recommend !

Cons: We really loved everything. The only note I would add is that the room didn’t have windows and it might be little uncomfortable for the guests staying longer than 2 nights.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and located right in the centre of the old town. It had a lovely courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons: The bathroom was very small, and yes, it was noisy at night — loud music from a nearby rooftop lasted until around 3am. I had earplugs, so it didn’t bother me too much for one night, but it’s something to be aware off.

Pros: Great location and comfortable room with nice balcony.

Cons: This was the only place during our whole stay in Colombia that filtered water was not available, you had to buy water. The staff were not that particularly friendly. The reception area was very warm (no a/c)

Beautful boutique hotel!

Pros: The room was beautiful with the private balcony and you literally step out into the center of town. Air con was definitely needed! And the room even came with a fridge ☺️ be aware the double rooms with balconies are street facing so there’s noise all night long!

Cons: The fridge was incredibly loud at times and the cleaner tried to tell the reception staff that I’d drank beers from it in order to charge me more, this felt a little disappointing as my stay was really lovely. Luckily I speak Spanish and I was able to explain that I don’t even drink alcohol!

Pros: The location was amazing and the employees at the front desk very friendly

Pros: The location was perfect. Also 24h front desk was great for us with the late night flight.

Cons: The standard room is small with no window. Tge photos won't sgow it properly. But as soon as you book, on the first email from the hotel, you get the warning about it will look like and you'd better to upgrade! I think the photos needs to match with the room standard.

Overall really nice hotel and location but get some earplugs if you want to have a good and uninterrupted sleep.

Pros: I loved the location, the room was clean and spacious. Staff were super nice and helpful and I was super obsessed with their hotel cat Agustina.

Cons: The only thing that I was struggling with and didn’t like was that the bedroom had door to balcony that were not soundproofed therefore my sleep was nonexistent as the people outside kept yelling and cars honking until 4 am. If this wasn’t issue then the stay would be perfect!
