Lovely hotel with a great rooftop

Pros: Great location and lovely rooftop pool. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: The gym had no towels. It had equipment but only really fit for one person max.

Everything you could possibly want!

Pros: Jorge the rooftop barman was excellent and extremely friendly. Kids loved the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had everything you could think of. Location fantastic for stepping outside and exploring the old city.

Lives up to its name of ‘luxury hotel

Pros: Fabulous boutique hotel in historic old town of Cartagena. Couldn’t ask for any better…. Lovely rooms, good restaurant. Fantastic staff especially Jordhan who’s the best concierge I’ve met. I’d previously stayed at the Santa Clara which is also really lovely but I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Cons: The gym was a bit dismal. But not a big deal as we did plenty of walking

Pros: Located right in the old city, everything was in walking distance, friendly and helpful staff, well equipped clean rooms

Cons: Our room was very dark, the breakfast area was quite small so we had to wait for a table
