Pros: Lovely hotel in great location. The included breakfast was very good.

Excellent hotel, great location

Pros: Spacious beautiful room. Lovely staff. Pool is small but we had it all to ourselves.

Cons: Noise from outside. If you are a light sleeper you need to bring earplugs or get a room that is not next to the road. It would have been good to access Netflix with an iPhone. Water in the shower is only warm at times. There could be more choice at breakfast, although my partner enjoyed the omelettes. Overall the positives definitely outweigh any negatives.

Pros: Pretty boutique hotel. Excellent room, friendly staff and great location

Cons: Water was lukewarm mostly and breakfast options were limited and the same daily but omelet was lovely.

Pros: The property is perfectly located in the walled city to access everything easily by foot. The staff were fantastic, always friendly, and willing to help us when needed. Breakfast was convenient to have at the hotel and tasty. The rooms were exceptionally quiet at night, which is hard to come by in such a central location in Cartagena.

Cons: The hot water in the shower was minimal, but we didn’t mind at all in the end because it was so hot in the city that a cool shower felt really nice at the end of the day.

A wonderful surprise

Pros: We stayed in two different rooms on two occasions and both were very comfortable and the second room with the balcony and very tall ceiling and double shower made us feel like a noble couple from the 1600s. Breakfast was lovely and the location is great, quiet street but walking to everything in a snap.

Cons: Not real hot water in the tub and shower.

Gorgeous Stylish Hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a central location. It is very quiet, which is unusual for central Cartagena. There are lots of comfy seating areas and the decor is very tasteful.The pool on the roof was a bonus., as were the bath robes. Breakfast was good and the lady who served it very kind. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable

Cons: Nothing.its a lovely place

Pros: Nice colonial building, every area in the hotel looks lovely, rooftop terrace and splash pool very nice. Staff were always friendly and helpful!

Cons: Hot water in shower was a bit of a palaver, but manageable. Some tea making facilities in rooms, or even in common areas would be nice.

Pros: The inner lobby and roof terrace are breathtaking! Lovely little pool at the top too. The rooms are very large and bed is very comfortable.

Pros: A beautiful hotel in an excellent location - would highly recommend
