Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location and the staff are SO nice. The man on the front desk in the evenings is so friendly and welcoming (can’t remember his name, sorry!) The room was really comfortable and good shower temperature and pressure. At first our air conditioning was leaking but they fixed it promptly and then checked in everyday to make sure it was fine, which was reassuring. The breakfast is fine; nothing out of this world but good sustenance for a day exploring Cartagena as it’s so hot! You choose from the menu and give them your order the night before! Would recommend and stay again!

Pros: Very central and near to all. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: Rooms towards main street…. Very loud area, but it is downtown downtown. Breakfast could be a bit longer, later. The Jacuzzi needs some service as the floor is peeling

Great location!

Pros: Very well located, within the walled city and close to bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, markets and everything else you might need. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was well equipped. Shower was amazing and AC working perfectly (much needed considering the heat). We walked around even at night, and it felt safe.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy inside, depending on the other guests staying next to you. I'd say it also lacks a tiny bit of charm, but nothing that affects the stay.

Fab hotel cartagena

Pros: Great location. Lovely terrace. Really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. Room a good size and bathroom/shower were great. Bed lovely and big and v comfortable. Staff brilliant! In particular Marcella who helped us organise moving on from cartagena! Would highly recommend!

Nice hotel in Cartagena

Pros: It Was clean and the room was new and smart, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location was good very central, but the exact street were very noisy and busy. Also the hotel start play music in the común areas too early in the morning like 7am. The breakfast finish to early 9:30am it could be at least until 10:30am. Other than that all good.

A relaxing stay with friendly staff, adequate breakfast and great location for walking.

Pros: A perfect location in easy reach of all historic attractions. A very relaxed comfortable hotel with a rooftop restaurant serving a variety of included breakfasts and a good choice of delicious food in the evening. Compliments to a great chef Jose. Marcella was extremely helpful and kind too. She made sure we had a packed breakfast to eat at the hotel or take away as we had an early morning flight.

Cons: The towels are not very absorbent and a more welcome decoration in the reception area would be nice - very bright and stark.
