Very good Hotel

Pros: Very good hotel and acommodation. It is old style hotel but with soul of Cartagena / Latin America with a very clean rooms. For currently price it is very worth. Breakfast included too 👍🏻 Compared to nearby hotels in Down town this is really better offer. And I have to give credit to the all hotel staff who are professional and friendly 👍🏻

Central nice room

Pros: The room is small and simple but has everything you need: a comfy bed, shower (even though little pressure and not really hot) and a AC that is very quiet (we had it on the whole night as it got unbearable without one and you barely heard it). The terrace is also nice. Location is perfect!

Pros: The location is in the centre, the size of the room and the personnel that are very kind and nice, both at the reception and at the breakfast terrace. Also the breakfast is simple but good.

Cons: A little bit noisy during the night.

Enjoyed my stay

Pros: Staff were very friendly. I ordered their Colombian breakfast everyday, very typical and delicious! The room I stayed has no balcony not facing the street, which is very quiet. Location is the best. It's at walking distance to the wall, the Getsemaní, the Clock Tower, where the meeting point for tours. Supermarket and money exchange is right around the corner.

Amazing location, could have been better though

Pros: They knew it was my bday trip, I found balloons and decorations in the room! Amazing location, very clean, comfy bed and nice shower.

Cons: I said I did not want the cleaning service until check out cause I did not want people in my room, they said it's mandatory. There is just one girl to prepare bfast for everyone, no water at bfast ( really?). I asked for a silent room, there are plenty empty and they gave me the onw near the 24 reception...

Pros: The location is good. walking distance to parks and Getsemani. Room was OK with balcony.

Cons: Trader with repeated recording playing all day in the street. Roof terrace playing loud music. Night club next door playing drum and base till 3am I like music but enough is enough.

Cons: The hotel is seemingly too big for what is being done with it. Every bunch of rooms shares something that earlier was a kitchen. This rooms could be made comfortable little corners to spend time in. As well as supplying a few kitchen basics would greatly improve what is already in place

Pros: Great location for everything only a short walk to all we wanted. Enjoyed our stay here and Cartagena on the whole was great

Very good experience

Pros: Good location at the historic centre. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, you have a few options to choose. Rooms were big and confortable. The rooftop has a nice view.

Cons: No hot water. Breakfast was open for just two hours. A bit noisy at night.
