Pros: Staff were lovely. Great recommendations and treatment!

Cons: The low score on value for money has nothing to do with the hotel really, it was just high season in Cartagena.

Nice place with a great location

Pros: The location was great. Close to all parts of the old city.

Cons: The beds weren't that comfortable. And there was a bit of black mold in my father's room above the AC unit.

Pros: Good value for money within Old Town. Doorbell to access the property at night is quite loud, keep in mind if you are a light sleeper as you can hear it from the room.

Nice, comfortable and safe stay!😊

Pros: Great service at the hotel. Everyone was polite, nice and always willing to help. We woke up a bit late and even though breakfast was done being served, the staff accommodated us and still served us a delicious breakfast. We kept our bags in the hotel after checkout at not charge! That was great 😃 so we could cñmake the most of the rest of the day walking around before heading to the airport later on the day.

Quaint hotel in Centro historico

Pros: The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and quiet. The lobby was bright and breakfast was included.

Cons: We were put in a room by reception at first which had a leak from the air conditioning unit and was quite dangerous, but they did move us to a new room when we asked. The first room was right by reception and was very small with no space to put your things plus you could hear the bell that guests ring to get in so would not have been quiet.
