Pros: Quite and centric location , excellent service staff, great bed and room, fantastic breakfast

One of our favourite ever places

Pros: I dont know where to start - what a fantastic place. The location, the building and the food were all fantastic. What really makes this place special though is the staff who made us feel special for our whole stay. We had part of our honeymoon there and they helped and made a magical time. Could not recommend this place more.

Pros: Beyond the lovely facilities and perfect location (in the city centre but without the noise), attentive and professional staff, we particularly loved the breakfast setting that fosters conversation and allows you to meet new and interesting people. This led us to enjoy a marvellous day, visiting beaches on the hotel's boat Libelula (warm thanks to the captain and his assistant for a smooth ride) with fellow guests, ended by a tasty lunch and cocktails in Agua Baru.

Wishing we could stay there again!

Pros: The staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service, the delicious breakfast and the private/boutique nature of the hotel. Lovely building within minutes of the centre of the old town.

Cons: The room was compact but well furnished.

Pros: Everything was fabulous! This is a real 5-star hotel. - Staff was amazing, nice, helpful. They pay attention to details, to what you eat and drink at breakfast - breakfast is delicious, fruits are amazing, pancakes, French toasts… the best breakfast ever. - rooms are spacious, quiet, clean. - beds are great, we slept so well - the decoration of the hotel is beautiful, it feels like home - location is perfect: in El Centro, close to everything I wish I could have stayed more

Great location nice service

Pros: Location, great breakfast with warm breads, very warm and personal service. Rooftop jacuzzi and pool at the plaza

Cons: Pricy as most hotels in the center, rooftop smaller than expected and umbrella for shade would be welcome

Excellent stay, great location - recommend!!

Pros: Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Good breakfast and very nice staff. Overall a very personalized experience. If you do not want to be in th e'new' part of the city but enjoy the historic city centre this is the one!!

Cons: Pool looked nice but the location in the middle of lobby is maybe not ideal for using it

Pros: Great breakfast - very helpful staff - exceptional location and value

Pros: Breakfast was made to order and the coffee was divine! I loved the fruit to start and the fresh juice. Watch out for the mosquitos though! They swarmed me as soon as I sat down. Put on your repellant first.

Cons: I wish my room had a desk. I was working remotely for a few days and I had to go to the common areas to work. No biggie since there weren't any other guests at the pool, bar, lounge, etc. but it would have been nice.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great staff and breakfast!

Pros: Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and fantastic breakfast! Location within the old city perfect and great historical surroundings. Very comfy and stylish hotel!

Cons: The rooms are hot very spacious, we had a suite but except that we could use the roof terrace, there was not a real difference with the regular rooms.
