Pros: A place for resting without being annoyed. All the staff wes very friendly (Katherine, Esteban and the rest of the team) and so helpful. Made us feel like at home. Breakfast was enough and delicious.

Great 12 days in Cartagena. Memorable.

Pros: Very nicely situated in the old town close to the city wall. Very nicely decorated and tasteful. Very nice size room with high ceiling and a very comfortable bed and great air-conditioning. Super shower. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough to help. They genuinely wanted you to have a lovely time. Everyone of the staff was great. Lovely breakfast served on the second floor Terrace. Perfect small boutique Hotel. I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Pros: I liked the personal treatment, the quiet surroundings, excellent location to the old city wall and town center. Breakfast was a bonus as was the cool waters of the plunge pool.

Cons: I don't think much could have been better, I did however struggle with the language barrier, coming from Australia we don't have a need to speak any other language than English. We did get by with my limited knowledge of Spanish and the staffs couple of words of English. I was pleasantly amused with our broken communication.

Pros: The hotel is just fantastic. It’s in the middle of the old city, very close to main touristic attractions but the place is also very quiet at night. Breakfast is really good and the staff super nice. We 100% recommend the place.

Pros: Located directly in old center in ground floor. Very nice terrace for relax or to make sport in the morning and very cozy place for breakfast. Very kind and professional stuff. Also made as very nice working place on fresh swimming pool area. We were leaving at 1 pm, hotel organized us delivery of lunch from restaurant we wanted. Real personal care.

Cons: Despite there was the things, which we had issue on breakfast (be fair: spoiled EU travelers), all what we addressed was immediately taking care of and changed, that it fits to our needs. Food tasty. The manager took personally care about everything we wanted to have differently.

Marvelous place!

Pros: Everything, the installations are modern and súper Ocean, the staff is amazing and very helpfull. The breakfast was incredible and the facilities are like in the pictures. We were received with 2 refreshing drinks and the staff helped us to book a table for dinner in an amazing local restaurant. Without doubt I will return to this restaurant in the future!

The location is perfect — right in the center, but on a quiet street, so I could relax while still being close to everything. Highly recommended!
