Pros: The pool and the staff from the restaurant. I forgot something in the room and they call me.

Cons: You cannot open the window, it is blocked and in the room was a lot of humidity, all my clothes were wet.. You don’t have how to dry your bathing suite or the towels. You don’t have a hairdryer in the room, you have to call at the reception every time you need it. There aren’t glasses in the room, it was only one paper glass in the bathroom.

Pros: The hotel was lovely clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant. Good facilities. Good location- lots of places to eat and drink. Good indoor pool

It was a pleasant stay and the staff was great.

Pros: The staff was very helpful, approachable and friendly. They always made sure that we had everything we needed.

Cons: There was a smell of mold at the entrance of the hotel and in our room as well. The vegan options on the breakfast buffet were limited to mostly fruit and some fresh veggies, but there weren’t any hot options or protein options (like scrambled tofu). I never received the email with the receipt of payment and breakdown of costs, nor did I get a paper copy of the receipt.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Good breakfast and everyone was super nice.

Two visit to Cartagena and would come back here in a heart beat

Pros: The staff on site were always very friendly and helpful and could never do enough. There was always somebody to welcome us as we came in and as we left and further more, they came and greated us outside as the uber dropped us off. Staff found me a quite to work during early hours (4am) and brought me coffee to help make the work easier during these unsociable hours

Cons: It is unusual for me to say this but the only thing I didnt like which all hotels do is wrap the sheets on the bed so tight which is really nit picking at best

Pros: Very spacious room with a massive bed and good shower. Breakfast was good but not a lot of variety. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Pros: Staff very friendly, thoughtful and welcoming. Very clean and modern.

Cons: Didn’t think much of Bocagrande but not really the hostel’s fault.

A very good hotel all round

Pros: This is a really good hotel and all the staff are very helpful. The food is very good and the location is excellent.
