I’d stay here again

Pros: Great location, near shops, nice breakfast, clean room, nice pool area

Cons: Restaurant not open in the evening, but plenty of restaurants within the block

Pros: Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect from the beds to the breakfast. The pool is amazing and the staff couldn't be nicer.

Pros: Very nice staff, we had a WiFi problem in our room and were set up with a meeting room for the day and a new room from the following day, the guys at the reception were very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful.

Modern hotel, good price

Pros: The staff were excellent, very friendly. The bed was a king size and comfy. Bocagrande is a great location too, recommend.

Wonderful hotel in uninspiring location.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff and a great pool! The room was amazing, very cold, best bed I’ve ever slept in! Restaurant next door was very nice, they also served the breakfast which was amazing. Close to restaurants and supermarkets and a short walk to the beach.

Cons: I didn’t really like the location, but that might be personal preference. Lots of high rise buildings, very business-like with a lot of chain fast food places around. I just stayed in the hotel :)

Amazing bed in a fairly decent hotel

Pros: Massive bed, very comfortable. The WiFi worked well and the AC was silent. The pool bar and seating area is very nice, although parasols for the sunbeds are needed. The breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Cons: Windows in room are in desperate need of a clean. The TV had WiFi disabled so no access to Netflix, and no hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool was nice but needed to be cleaned more frequently. The room needs some minor maintenance issues fixed and the bathroom is not the best. There is ongoing building work at the hotel which is noisy. Not bad in our room, but must have been really loud for others.

Pros: Breakfast lovely and room modern and clean. Super impressed with the pool area (currently building a pool bar which looks lovely!) staff nice and location in cartegena good! Grocery store opposite the hotel.

Cons: Room didn’t come with towels/bath mat/ hand towel. We were given 2 towels when asked but should be in room already. Bath mat desperately needed as floor gets soaked as shower is not sealed very well. On the last day our key card stopped working, staff eventually got it opened but we then couldn’t leave our room for the remainder of our stay which was a huge inconvenience (no apologies were given for this)
