GIO hotel Tama Cartagena

A good experience in total, not disappointing in anything

Pros: Everything was always very clean, even the common areas were always perfect. Daily room clean was also well done each day. The staff were very nice, kind and attentive, always ready to help and solving quickly any problem we had. The restaurant was good, tasty and good portioned food. Room was simple and had everything necessary - safe, hangers, hairdryer. Jacuzzi was also great!

Cons: We had a couple of small problems with the food, the taste was always delicious but the texture could improve. The beef was dry and chewy. We had a young child with us and some of the staff sometimes ignored him - like forgetting to give him his own towel, not bringing cutlery for him or he was given food always the very last. As parents we would appreciate if he would've been the first because it makes it easier to everyone if a child doesn't need to wait too long. Still, the staff were very kind so no offence but I think most of the parents would be happier if their children would be treated equally.

Good budget stay

Pros: Breakfast was great, the rooms are spacious and clean and there is a/c, necessary in Cartagena.

Cons: The beds are not the most comfortable but it’s a good value for money. Street can be a little noisy.

Un buen lugar para tu estadía en Bocagrande

Pros: En general la propiedad está en buen estado, cuidada y limpia. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen lo que se necesita para pasar algunas noches. El personal fue muy atento y el desayuno súper completo. Contratamos en esta ubicación con la idea de poder aprovechar la playa de Bocagrande pero la realidad es que no es muy linda, hay mucha suciedad y está en obra

Cons: Recomendaría mejorar la zona de terraza ya que no coincide con las fotografías

Redelijk hotel.

Pros: De Engels sprekende recepionist. De goede douche en lekkere bedden.

Cons: De liftBEL.(wat een herrie) geen uitzicht over de stad maar tegen muur.. Koude jacuzzi

Hotel bem localizado, confortável e bem limpo.

Pros: Quarto espaçoso, bom banheiro. Quarto confortável, ar condicionado bem funcional

Cons: Tivemos apenas um problema com o telefone do quarto que apesar de não ter gerado nenhum problema muito grande, foi notificado e não resolvido

Volvería a Gio

Pros: Todo el personal de recepción , limpieza, encargado de los tours dentro del hotel A1. Comida y bebidas buena.

Cons: Al personal del comedor.Una sonrisa mejoraría la atención.

Pros: O hotel tem boa estrutura e parte da equipe foi bastante simpática e prestativa, especialmente em alguns atendimentos específicos.

Cons: Infelizmente, a experiência foi inconsistente. Enquanto alguns funcionários foram educados e atenciosos, outros demonstraram má vontade, atendimento frio e até semblante fechado, o que impacta negativamente a sensação de acolhimento durante a estadia. Foram capazes de negar um copo plástico no bar do hotel causando constrangimento

Una Gran AVENTURA

Pros: Nos gustó mucho la Atencion de todo el personal Informacion, servicios, restaurante entre otros, su amabilidad y calidad estuvo acorde a lo esperado.

Cons: No es que no haya gustado, pero el ascensor Nos pareció muy pequeño y angosto, para el caso, nuestra mamá tenia complicaciones de movilidad.

Good value for money

Pros: Good value for money. The pictures really describe the hotel

Cons: Breakfast is on menu basis no buffet, which it took an hour for the waitress to bring the order every day.

Pros: La atención de Paola, que fue muy amable con nosotros y nos oriento en varias cosas, al igual que Zafir, buen personal del hotel.

Cons: Falto la.musica en vivo y que coloquen jabón en barra en el baño
