Great Hotel

Pros: The staff are friendly the breakfast is nice. The rooms are great

Cons: The Jacuzzi on the top floor is not that great and needs more of a clean up there. Apart from that everything else great.

Very good

Pros: Staff cordiality was very much appreciated, accomodation cleaness, confort and localization was perfect for the tourist.

Cons: Breakfast for all items is portioned at small sizes. I understand that waste should be an issue to be avoided, but specifically for the fruits that policy could be reviewed since Colombia has plentty of freshy fruits everywhere and it is very recommeded to overtake the hot wheather. There were no windows in the room I stayed. I personally fell better when I can see the sunlight. A swiming pool would be very appreciated to support the hot wheather of Cartagena.

Pros: Very Nice hôtel, well located and sound proof, very friendly staff, VERY clean, and very big rooms.

Cons: Breakfast is not a buffet, they offer a variety of things but could improve.

Pros: El lugar es muy lindo, organizado y limpio, además, el trato del personal es muy amable.

Cons: Aclarando que el personal es muy amable, no se incluyeron las botellas de agua que ofrecen con la habitación, las solicitamos pero nunca llegaron.
