Really enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, everything was clean and really pretty. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options each breakfast time. Rooms were lovely and bathrooms were big and everything was very modern. The pool was great, half of it gets the sun which is nice. 2-3 minute walk from the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby which is great!

Pros: The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a large and cozy bed. I truly enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location and value

Pros: Excellent location and the staff was wonderful. Great full breakfast. Clean room.

Cons: The pool had bits of cement in it from above so I just kept my head above water. Otherwise a lovely pool.

Comfortable stay in Bocagrande

Pros: Comfortable room, ideal for a short stay. Hotel right in Bocagrande close to amenities. Breakfast very generous and varied.

Beautiful hotel in a central location, which is value for money.

Pros: The room was exceptional, however the view from the window was of a brick wall. This wasn't too much of a problem as the hotel itself was a great place to stay.

Cons: The view from the window faced a brick wall. There was also a very tall development going up behind the hotel, which is imposing. However, everything else was exceptional and my stay was very comfortable.

Great place for a holiday in Cartagena

Pros: Centrally located. Great facilities and friendly staff, not too crowded for being high season. Delicious breakfast!

Cons: There were some noisy US American guests in a neighbouring room, but the hotel kindly offered another room when we mentioned it to the reception staff.

A great hotel

Pros: Location , very friendly staff especially in restaurant , nice big comfortable bed , good bathroom

Cons: There’s no Bar only the one in the restaurant that closes very early and the pool doesn’t get the sun

Nice hotel

Pros: It was in a relatively busy but safe area and close enough to the city centre. The dining hall is very pretty with a nice spread available for breakfast.

Cons: My room felt a little small.

Pros: The hotel is really nice and generally great value. The pool area in particular is really pretty and the rooms are very comfortable.

Cons: The WiFi doesn't work in the pool and restaurant area (but does in the rooms and reception). There were no vegan options for breakfast except fruit, so it would be great to see some more! Otherwise fine :)
