Location & pool

Pros: Pool is amazing & some of the staff are very friendly

Cons: Breakfast is awful, probably the worse breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel , it was even a bread with mould one of the days, they definitely need to change the chef

Family stay in Cartagena

Pros: The staff who greeted you at the entrance were very friendly and helpful, facilities were clean, and the room was cleaned every morning with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The breakfast was also very good

Cons: There is nothing to complain about. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, and both experiences have been amazing

Worth it!

Pros: The breakfast was good, we’ve been to four hotels in Cartagena and the breakfast here was the best. The hotel was modern and clean.

Cons: The bed was a little short so my feet dangled from the bed (I’m 186 cm). The AC was okay but this is the warmest room we’ve been to.

Pros: Views from the hotel, Very goos room cleaning Rooms size good, furniture nice Location in a sense of many restaurants around and taxi possibilities. I think it had better price than all other hotels so reasonable

Cons: Window is not possible to open, only using AC Windows needs to be cleaned Breakfast - not big variety, no vegetable. Location not the best bcs you have close to the beach but beach is not nice and center is 30 min walk or rather use taxi.

Great stay!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent tate, quality and variaty. Location was a subtantial plus. People were very friendly and ready to help and please the customer!!!! Look for Armando and Francis. Front desk were very friendly and understanding.

Cons: Swiming pool area did not have food

Pros: Staff is great. Overall that's exactly what you would expect from Hampton -- one of the hotels in the network. Decent quality, room was pretty small, the breakfast -- fine, but m.b. the best component of the breakfast is the view. The pool is on the top of the building, pretty small but still quite good view and interesting experience.

Cons: Pricing via Hilton app was significantly cheaper than via Booking.com. Sorry, it seems that booking's lowest price warranty doesn't really work in the case
