Pros: The hotel is very close to the beach and shops in the 'Little Miami' area, but you need a taxi to get into the more interesting old fort and historic areas of Cartagena. The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and I loved the balcony and view of the beach from it.

Pros: Staff were great. Breakfest buffet had a very good variety. In one direction you have the beach, in the other direction you have the main street with everything a tourist needs.

Cons: more shade in the pool area since it is on the roof. Atleast a few more umbrellas.

Pros: The suite was nice and comfi. The staff was nice especially the concierges were very helpful and kind.

Cons: The view from the room: construction next door View from the restairant: construction at the beach. That made it noisy..

Nice hotel in Cartagena

Pros: Nice Hotel in Bocagrande. Good breakfast. Clean and nice rooms.

Cons: Breakfast room very busy. I was there few years ago and the breakfast was in nice open aerea in the restaurant San Martin. Now it is in a room at the second floor. Coffee machine in the room but you have to pay for the coffee! No self service for the breakfast for hot food. Lines to be served. Self service should be restored.

An overall great experience, benefiting from most staffs excellent training and commitment.

Pros: Room well designed and proportioned. The facilities were great and the view from the balcony was fantastic. As for the Breakfast I thought it was well prepared with a great selection.

Cons: One member of your staff (restaurant), needs additional training when interacting with customers with complaints. However on that particular occassion his colleagues mitigated his shortfall.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, the room was huge with a good shower and the facilities available were really good. We enjoyed an amazing, relaxing couples massage and would highly recommend

Cons: In a few areas it appeared that decorating had started and not been finished

Pros: Close to the beach. Also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A few kilometres from the old town but easy to reach by taxi. Room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The concierge helped us a lot with our onward travel.
