Comfortable room at reasonable price. Good service.

Pros: Helpful and kind staff. Quiet inside despite being in a busy area. Comfortable bed. Reception area has some relaxed seating. I booked at very short notice when an island stay was cancelled due to bad weather. The receptionist allowed me to check in several hours early.

Cons: No soap for bathroom sink - you have to take it from dispenser on the shower. Blue-tone lighting is harsh

Great stay in Bocagrande

Pros: Good size room, which was clean and had strong AC. Located 5 mins walk from beach. And close to Plaza Bocagrande. Also close to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars.

Cons: Breakfast could have had a bit more variety

Well maintained, comfortable hotel in a good location.

Pros: The hotel is very well-maintained and in an excellent location. My room was huge, had very good AC and hot water, was clean and had everything needed. The gentlemen in the restaurant were lovely.

Cons: Bocagrande isn't for me: super touristy, no character whatsoever and the street vendors are intense! They even come in to the terrace where breakfast is served, which was a bit annoying.

Value for money.

Pros: It was within a minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes of the old city. Very clean and comfortable. Good efficient air conditioning.

Cons: Hangers and drinking glasses had to be requested. Only two towels, no hand towel or floor mat provided.

A very good place to stay

Pros: This is a very good hotel all the staff are good and the food is excellent. Price for the room and everything else is also very good.

Pros: The location is a great, quiet place despite the close distance to the city centre.Public beach 2min walking, shops,restaurants.The breakfast is simple however the dishes from menu , delicious!!!Staff are very helpful and nice.

Pros: Perfect location and close to main beach, very clean room. Staff is so helpful specially when you need a tour they will organise it for you.

Cons: Breakfast was good but very basic - arepas, scrambled eggs, fruits, juice and coffee/tea. No other options. The safe in the room didn't work

Would choose this hotel again over a high rise! The staff make this hotel a home away from home.

Pros: We loved everything the two weeks spent there! The hotel staff were very welcoming and personable, and the hotel itself well decorated and homely. Location was great, only a 10 min ride to the walled city and lovely boardwalk down the road to watch the sunrise in the morning - lots of joggers/runners about too! Plenty of food options along the main road as well as a supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance and a pharmacy next door. There is also a great laundry service across the street on the same block (trust me, with the humidity in Cartagena it was needed!)

Cons: Nothing we disliked about the property.

Pros: The staff was helpful, clean rooms and good value for money.

Cons: When taking a shower, the water overflows out of the shower stall.
