It was wonderfully relaxing to stay in a small hotel where the staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros: The lovely staff and beautiful swimming pools; the extensive pubic spaces

Pros: All staff members were very helpful and answered all questions needed. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out while visiting one of the islands. The location is good, you have everything you need close but the street itself is quiet, so you can sleep without being bothered by too much noise from the outside.

Convient, friendly hotel

Pros: This hotel has a great location- close to all of the shops and restaurants in Getsemani, yet without the noise, and only a 10 minute walk from the historic center. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Cons: The pools had too much chlorine in them, which made them not very appealing. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. More variety would be better. It would be great if the hotel could offer a water tank to fill up water bottles, rather than just selling lots of plastic water bottles.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff would recommend!

Pros: Lovely clean hotel. Staff were lovely and extremely attentive even letting us check in early. Great location too with strong air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was fresh.

Cons: Shower was not that warm but was not a big deal

Pros: 2 swimming pools, nice location on a quiet, more local street. Friendly staff.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and really nice. For the price it was really good value and the neighbourhood is super charming! We were worried you could hear noise from the nearby streets as it was Saturday night, but we had a quiet and peaceful sleep, couldn’t hear a thing!

Cons: The rooms were very basic but we did expect that. They could do with a little upgrade. The breakfast was basic.

Pros: great staff and amazing location for a very reasonable price. the pool was great specially in the heat weather of cartagena.

Pros: Great location, close to the action but still quiet and safe. Nice pools. Staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: Wonderful experience. Location is perfect! The swimming pool are great of you travel with children. Rooms very cleaned and with what we needed. Staff superb! I would certainly come back here!

Charming hotel with excellent breakfast and two small pools.

Pros: This hotel is in an excellent location near the bars and restaurants in the area. The single room was small and sufficient. At first I could not get hot water in the shower but was advised that it was because it was solar hot water; I tried again in the morning and it worked. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, coffee, cereal and a choice of different egg dishes.

Cons: Although it is commendable that the hotel is secure it was often difficult to find someone to let one in and out. There is no bell inside or out to get the concierge's attention so I had to wait during the day until someone eventually walked by. This could be improved.
