Great hotel but small pool and no hot water

Pros: Great location, pretty hotel and comfortable beds. Disappointed there was no hot water and the pool was so small we didn't bother getting in it. Location was great close to bars and restaurants and wasn't too noisy at night.

Pros: Great location, tasty small breakfast (coffee,juice and pastry), friendly staff.

Cons: There are mosquitos or other insects in the room which bite at night. You should put on some insect repellent before you go to sleep, otherwise you may end up terribly bitten (like my 5 yo son did).

Pros: Friendly staff, tasty breakfast (coffee,juice and pastry), excellent location in the heart of Getsemani. There is a tiny pool but it was good enough for my 5 yo son to enjoy it.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. We had a private shared bathroom which was clean with plenty of hot water. The location was good

Cons: We had higher expectations for the swimming pool which was infact really a jacuzzi. more than 2 people and it was crowded

Pros: The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, making a good use of the small building it is. Hotel offers a gratis breakfast snack: coffee, fresh juice and a small bread, all very tasty.

Cons: The size of our room and the bathroom was minimal, 2 adults and 2 kids could hardly circulte.

Pros: The dorm room had 3 great A/C units. The hotel was lovely, with a nice very small pool. The free juice, coffee and pastry in the morning was tasty and welcomed. The staff were all friendly too. The rooms were cleaned daily. Nice sized lockers.

Cons: Only one male and one female bathroom for a 14 bed dorm room doesn't seem enough in my opinion, however it wasn't an issue when I stayed there because there were never more than 5 people staying. What seemed like every hour the staff would walk through the dorm room and take a photo of the male and female bathrooms, it just seemed really strange. They were polite when they did this, however they would often leave the doors open which counteracted having the A/C units running. This is wasting electricity for the hotel and it also made the rooms too warm (if the door wasn't shut by someone after the staff left). The staff cleaned the dorms daily, but the bathrooms didn't seem to receive the same treatment, sometimes they would get a quick clean but the dirty and hair covered floor mat would just be flipped over, which meant the dirt and hair on the underside of the mat would just be moved around the floor. The lights in the dorm room were quite dim.

Pros: nice staff, nice looking and modern room (relatively), great location, pool is a nice plus (but small), free snacks in the morning

Cons: shower was a little cold, but honestly that has been in most places in colombia so far

Pros: People were super nice and food was also excellent. In relation to the price, it was a great experince.

Una estadía que superó nuestras expectativas

Pros: La experiencia fue espectacular desde el primer momento. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, puedes caminar a todos lados y al mismo tiempo descansar tranquilo. Todo estaba impecable, se nota el cuidado y la limpieza en cada espacio. El personal es demasiado amable y siempre hay alguien pendiente de ti, recomendándote lugares, ayudándote a organizar planes y resolviendo cualquier duda con la mejor actitud. Se siente un acompañamiento genuino durante toda la estadía. Al llegar nos recibieron con toallitas refrescantes (un detalle maravilloso con el calor) y además nos regalaron un desayuno de cortesía, algo que nunca nos había pasado en otro hotel. El bar es excelente, las pastas deliciosas y la vista hermosa. Sin duda volveríamos.

Pros: Un hotel mágico en Cartagena las habitaciones limpias y cómodas se vive una gran experiencia apenas llegamos te dan de cortesía unas toallas con aromas refrescantes la atención espectacular y dan de cortesía unas toallas desayuno las camas súper cómodas la lencería y la decoración del hotel es bello , y cerca de lugares como castillo de san Felipe la torre y está en el mejor lugar de Getsemaní
